Any acceptance of a »ÆÉ«ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ purchase order is limited to acceptance of the express terms and conditions contained in these documents.

The General Supplier Requirements set forth the basic requirements and expectations for all Specialty Coating Systems (»ÆÉ«ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ) suppliers that provide production materials, products and services. It provides guidance for all supplier activities throughout »ÆÉ«ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ¡¯ locations and establishes general policy. The document also describes the primary activities, deliverables and performance required of the supplier¡¯s quality management system. Additional responsibilities may be outlined to suppliers within a relevant Purchase Order and/or separate Supply Agreement based on the nature and type of supplied material, product and service.
